Believe it or not, there is a looming issue that will face us soon. Weather rolled in a little too early this year and it is hurting farmers in Idaho and Canada. Now it will affect all of us.
It is the great French Fry shortage and it is coming to a greasy spoon near you soon. The great upsell of, “would you like fries with that?” is going to be more challenging. So, you may need to stock up on some good old fashioned Ore-Ida and stash them away in the freezer.
